We strive to present products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to:

  • natural ingredient variation
  • handcrafted preparation differences
  • seasonal texture or appearance changes during transit

JackD products are made without preservatives, emulsifiers, stabilizers, artificial colours, or unnecessary additives.

As a result, minor changes in appearance, texture, or consistency may occur naturally. These variations do not constitute defects.

3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

In rare cases where a product becomes temporarily unavailable after order placement:

  • customers may be informed of the delay
  • dispatch may be postponed by approximately 4–5 additional business days where possible
  • if fulfillment is not possible, a refund may be offered

4. Pricing

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.

JackD reserves the right to update product pricing at any time without prior notice.

5. Pricing Errors

In the event of technical errors, incorrect pricing, or website display mistakes:

  • JackD reserves the right to cancel affected orders
  • customers will be informed where applicable
  • full refunds will be issued where payment has been completed

Placing an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance. JackD reserves the right to:

Promotional offers, discount codes, and coupons are subject to terms determined by JackD.

JackD reserves the right to cancel or reject orders involving:

  • repeated coupon abuse
  • fake or duplicate account creation
  • suspicious purchasing activity
  • fraudulent transactions

JackD’s decision in such matters shall be final.

  • Cash on Delivery (where available)

JackD does not directly store sensitive payment credentials. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.

9. Shipping & Delivery

  • force majeure events

11. Returns / Refunds / Cancellations

Manufactured in a facility that may also process other allergens.

Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or commercial resale of JackD products without prior written approval is prohibited.
