REFUND / RETURN POLICY

At JackD Foods, food products are generally non-returnable due to hygiene, food safety, and product integrity considerations.

1. Return Eligibility

Products are not eligible for return once delivered. Refund requests will only be considered in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Missing item in the order

No other return requests will be accepted unless approved by JackD.

2. Complaint Time Window

Customers must report eligible issues within 24 to 48 hours from delivery.

Claims made after this period may not be considered.

3. Proof Requirement

To process a claim, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Mandatory unboxing video showing the issue clearly

Claims without sufficient proof may be rejected.

4. Melted / Softened Chocolate Disclaimer

JackD chocolates are crafted using natural ingredients without preservatives, emulsifiers, stabilizers, artificial colours, or unnecessary additives.

Due to weather or temperature variations during transit, minor softening, texture changes, or cosmetic melting may occasionally occur.

Such changes do not affect product safety or edibility and therefore are not eligible for refund, return, or replacement.

5. Resolution Type

Approved claims will be resolved through refund only. JackD does not provide product replacements under this policy.

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed through:

For prepaid orders:

  • Original payment method where applicable

For COD orders:

  • UPI transfer
  • Bank transfer

Refund timelines may vary depending on payment provider processing times.
