1. Shipping Coverage

JackD currently ships across India only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are displayed on the website at checkout.

Current shipping terms:

  • Free shipping on eligible orders as displayed on the website
  • ₹25 additional charge for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

JackD reserves the right to revise shipping charges at any time.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days after order confirmation.

Dispatch timelines may vary during:

  • high-demand periods
  • holidays
  • promotional campaigns
  • unforeseen operational delays

4. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines depend on customer location and courier service availability.

Estimated timelines:

Metro cities:
2 to 5 business days

Other locations:
4 to 7 business days

These are estimated timelines only and are not guaranteed delivery commitments.

5. Courier Delays

Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines are managed by the courier service.

JackD is not responsible for courier-related delays after dispatch.

However, we will reasonably assist customers with shipment tracking and delivery issue coordination.

6. Incorrect Address / Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address, incomplete address, or incorrect phone number is provided:

  • delivery may fail
  • shipment may be delayed
  • order may be returned to origin

JackD may attempt to contact the customer for clarification.

If the customer is unreachable or fails to respond within a reasonable time:

  • the shipment may be returned to origin
  • refund may not be applicable

7. Delivery Marked Complete but Not Received

If a shipment is marked as delivered but the customer claims non-receipt:

  • the case will be investigated individually
  • courier confirmation and investigation findings will be considered

Resolution will be determined based on the outcome of the investigation.

Certain remote or restricted delivery areas may experience delays or delivery limitations depending on courier service coverage.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: 15-05-2026

At JackD Foods, order cancellations are permitted only before dispatch.

1. Cancellation Eligibility

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched.

Once the order has been:

  • packed and handed to courier
  • marked shipped
  • dispatched for delivery

cancellation is not permitted.

2. Prepaid Order Cancellation

If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch:

  • customer will receive a full refund

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, subject to payment provider timelines.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Order Cancellation

COD orders may also be cancelled before dispatch.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

Repeated misuse of COD ordering may result in future order restrictions at JackD’s discretion.

4. Shipped Orders

Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Customers are requested to verify order details carefully before placing an order.
